I did a LiveUpdate from SiteLink WebEdition, and it completes and enables me to log in no issue, so I figure, problem solved.

Issue is, if I shut down, or restart the computer, SiteLink will dangle up, and I really need to go in the LiveUpdate process all all over again to get it to boot up? Every single time.
